dd, << Bad Brew >> The wort became contaminated with foreign yeast during fermentation. Really leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. I'm ready to start another batch, but alas, no fresh grain from SGI. Could Ed be sitting on Belluzo or are they in the fields harvesting another crop? If I could only find the source of the foreign yeast and keep it out of the Brew! Any ideas anyone? Belluzo seems to have been up front about the future. No PR lately. People need to stay pumped. When's earnings? A slight upside would be nice. Wallstreet's had it with yo-yo results.
