Randal, With the Reg-S and no merger news, this stock is not going to perk up any time soon; this is the typical trading pattern for a penny stock with Reg-S financing. Huge number of shares are "sold" and "bought" with no real change in the price of the stock - unless it benefits the Reg-S holders and MMs. Reg-S is always bad news for the individual investor.

Once the merger is announced, goes through, real numbers and data start showing up *and the Reg-S financing is eliminated* then the stock may start to move up.
