Bridgen (in the X link given in my last msg) describes the election (I think he gave that interview 7 months ago) as a "baton handover" as he no longer wanted to be the Prime Minister.

The Labour Leader, Keir Starmer, looks to be a shoe in, but I am sure many in the country are just as unhappy with him and Rishi Sunak. They are one and the same. Zero difference in policy.

I am hoping the SNP gets wiped out at the next election (yellow). Not that I am against Scottish Independence, but the SNP have proven themselves willing to give up everything the nation stands for to fall in line with the WEF & co. There are good chances the SNP gets wiped out imho,

Independents and minority parties may well have a windfall. Strong conservative areas will not be voting Labour imho.

Funny joke in the visual "TheyWorkForYou, UK Parliament". nfw as things stand.

Sunak has taken an astonishing gamble in going for a general election | General election 2024 | The Guardian

The only "gamble" is that people vote neither for Conservative OR Labour.

Anything else is a "business as normal" day. The media will be primed and ready to go, and from experience, they do have a powerful effect. Just hoping that people now really have lost confidence in the government and we need a clean sweep with something new. Not Keir Starmer and the Labour "sell out" Party.
