The purpose of the June Presidential debate is to see if Biden can improve his numbers or whether it will become necessary to replace him with another candidate at the August Democratic convention. Personally, I think the President is finished. He needs to step down. He cannot get reelected. It is simple as that. Everyone knows this except the DNC, Biden and his rose colored, hardcore supporters. Not sure what the DNC is waiting for. The handwriting is on the wall.
