Fair point. Given the selloff though I am not sure that is why it's being held still? Even with the debt, both E_K_S and I have them valued higher than the $5.69 they are at.

Also while retail investors may buy on this thesis I am not sure the bigger guys are doing the same.

The debt situation is becoming a bigger problem in my eyes though and especially with the 10.5% refi. I am thinking this Meredith purchase will hurt them more than it will gain them but time will tell there.

One thing that has popped into my mind a few times recently is how quiet the political sphere is right now. We're not seeing much talk of debates and I don't see too many ads currently (still early). From a pure investor view, it is possible we get disappointment here just on how this election season is stacking up - possible they just don't spend the way they have given the two candidates.

Given the above I completely understand your decision to "cut the cord" on this broadcaster, Paul.
