Jim, I told you WinStar didn't want what CVUS has. I suspect, although I'm not sure, that WinStar's current licenses cover about the same territory that CVUS's licenses do. I'm sure you realize that the license WinStar bid on is not the same as what CVUS owns. That is what I believe WinStar has covered. The license they bid on probably covers totally new areas in New York for WinStar.
