NVDA: Off of yesterday's highs and now sitting at an 8.62% weighting in my primary account. I don't like most positions getting much above 4% with my top holdings usually between 3.5% - 4.25%. I do allow myself one, and sometimes (rarely) two "focus" or "best idea" stocks which NVDA has been in this account for some time, same with my Roth. For that stock, I'm usually okay at a weight of 5% - 6%.

But at 8.62% the day of reckoning is coming when I trim this back to a lower weight. I considered doing it yesterday near the high as it traded up $115 but am trying to sit on my hands until post split when I can then trim via selling covered calls. I'm in no rush to sell the best name in the markets but with the weighting pressing 10%, it must be done.
