To all: I think Texas Instruments would be interested in IDTI. TI sold 486 processors and would probably like a pentium class chip as well. Why not buy the most efficient chip out there, the WinChip. National Semi has Cyrix, AMD has a processor, why not TI? They should be able to pay 1.6 - 2 bil. easy. ($20-$25 a share)

Does anyone see where the two won't fit?
