This is the very definition of confidence and trust.

In my 20s I was an avid bodybuilder, I had and Irish-Scottish girlfriend who used to behave similarly with me. We could be out for a walk and she could, without notice, jump in the air flatten herself horizontally, trusting that I would catch her. This never failed to freak out her girl friends.
