Oil goes up, XAL plummets down and there goes the dow theory (actually the NDX didn't confirm and IMHO software/semiconductor chips are the transports of the new era - the information age) bwdik bb my calls have always been rated ddd, hoping for an S&P upgrade to bbb and a Seinfeld upgrade to -ggg-
