10-q is out! Is it ever ugly! It appears Negris took a wad of cash and tried to revive the sales of the company with no luck. It has come down to "how much is the omnis studio worth". They will be hard pressed to survive. Got demoted to Bullitin Board. The very reason for the reverse split blew-up in Negris face. More than a roll of the dice now! It's a lottery ticket!
