During the six months ended June 30, 1996, the Company completed 13 net wells in the North Giddings Block and plans to drill an additional 13 net wells during the remainder of 1996 in this area. In addition, the Company is also activiely acquiring additional acreage and extending the terms of existing leases in the North Giddings Block. "
