we are doing that here too, decriminalization of drug use had addicts openly doing drugs in public places shocking our citizens so we are going back to charging them. I have little sympathy for those who want to ruin there lives using hard drugs, I've known some drug addicts and alcoholics, most never changed and ended up dead. My youngest Daughters childhood best friend is now a full blown addict lost to her parents and they can't do a damn thing if she does not want help.
