I did not sell my SMH position despite the ugly trading on Thursday. NVDA's report was just too good to bail. This weekend I have been looking at a lot of charts. The monthly charts for the SMH, SOX and best stocks within it show that cyclically the SOX/SMH can remain overbought for as much as a couple years. If so to use a baseball analogy we are in the early innings!
