I've never been to Starbucks, haven't eaten fast food for 45 years. Cured childhood allergies naturally. I also do HIIT exercise on bicycles and run backward on a treadmill. I'm probably healthier than any of my friends and I've outlasted many of them. I still work everyday. I've been vaccinated multiple times with ZERO adverse effects.
