Are you kidding me! Brokers getting sued in record numbers by their clients! Where did you come from? Where have you been? The suit comes from shareholder loss, if bought 200,000 shares of a stock (and don't think people don't) at 3 bucks and it goes to .50 cents, what's the loss. FACT: A.G. Edwards, about 6 month's ago stopped allowing their brokers to buy this stock due to fear of lawsuit from a risk factor deemed to high (among other things). Brokers will go into arbitration on this very issue and have! There is no "escape clause"! Call any broker at any firm if you don't believe me. Why do most firms not allow their brokers to buy BB stocks? JS Edit: I'm not saying there will be one ( a class suit), but don't be naive. This is 1998! Not 1898!
