Here's a probable scenario. IF TXN wants a piece of IDTI, why not say that there's someone else that might want IDTI too. Get a little bidding action going. Yo might get a suitor willing to pay 40-45 bucks a share for IDTI. It's wishful thinking on my part but it isn't impossible if someone sees and knows something about the c6 that we don't.
