The Sixth Amendment protects the defendant's right to a fair trial. It does not protect the judge, clerk, or even your grandmother.

If Trump were to issue threats to court people (he didn't), there are statutes that may or may not apply. But make no mistake, he DOES NOT forfeit his Sixth Amendment rights to a fair trial.

If you pollute the jury, deny him witnesses and allow prejudicial testimony, his Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial is violated.
