Semi-OT For those interested in the air crashes and especially the investigation of their causes, check out this TV series, broadcast as MayDay but in some places called Air Crash Investigation or Air Crash Disaster. You get a mix of archival tape, interviews with participants and experts, and recreations as they analyze why an accident happened and what were the policy and procedural changes that resulted. imdb.com I see they are up to 227 episodes, so you could have days of viewing pleasure.... I occasionally watch an episode if I have some free time. My favourite so far looked into the Gimli Glider, when a pilot managed to glide a Boeing 767 that lost power at 41000 ft to a safe landing at what turned out to be a not quite abandoned WWii air field east of Winnipeg. en.wikipedia.org LC
