But make no mistake, he DOES NOT forfeit his Sixth Amendment rights to a fair trial.
If he is allowed to continue harassing witnesses, court staff, jurors, etc., then he is not interested in a fair trial.

Of course YOU think the jury and the witnesses and the judges and the court staff are all out to get him.

Of course YOU think the jury is already polluted, that he was denied witnesses, and that all of the testimony against Trump was "prejudicial."

Of course YOU think Trump has to fight fire with fire.

It's clear to me that you don't believe we live in a society that abides by the rule of law.
