Are you implying that the $60 million from the property sale was included in the net? On a property sale, just the profit or loss can contribute to the net. You would have a $60 million reduction in liability (loan on the property) and a reduction in the asset (you don't own it anymore). Unless of course there was no money owed on the property. Then that is a different story.

From what I understand, the land deal helped with cash flow not with the net earnings.
