Nope; it's still legal to pay hush money, but don't try to hide it by illegal means.
How DO you pay hush money without hiding it?

Putting it on an Excel spreadsheet with the label "hush money payment" doesn't sound like a smart idea.

Seems like the act of hiding a hush money payment is now by definition illegal.

If that's the case, I'm all for it.

In fact, I can't wait to see the political fallout from this.

Get ready for a deluge of skeletons falling out of closets ...
