He had posted a message in SI wondering how to start a shareholder class action. I simply replied that with such a post, he might hear from attorneys. I said I would be willing to discuss it (meaning the mechanics and possibility of a class action) with him, but stated specifically that I had not digested anything about this particular situation (SYCR). I never said I was starting a case re SYCR. I didn't think any more of it, and D. Mauldin didn't reply. Then your curious e-mail to me today, and I find I'm being discussed on the SYCR thread. If you have specific information re securities fraud in SYCR, you can send it and I will evaluate it. Otherwise, I didn't intend any confusion caused by my one e-mail to Mr. Mauldin. I did not send any other communications as implied in the thread. I hope this clears things up.
