So laws exist against bombing the fuck out of civilians? If those laws are broken, then a war crime is committed with every bomb used on a civilian population? I've seen those laws broken many times in my lifetime. So I don't need the Nazis to make my point. This kind of thinking makes me want to go back and read Kant On Morality. But the Ten Commandments would do in this setting, just to keep it simple.
