Things are looking good.

Talked to Chris at BAT and was told that three(3) boxes full of documents were shipped to SEC this afternoon. BAT is complying fully with SEC investigation including submitting patent info. I was told a non-disclosure agreement was worked out with SEC and BAT.

Now that BAT got the SEC behind them they will be focusing on filing for provisional patent in the next few days. Poor guys have ben working all through the three day week-end and seemed exhausted.

Thank You Joe and the staff at BAT for a well done job.
