Today's Commentary: 02/18/98 Open market inventory levels continue to increase as demand for DRAM in general remains sluggish. With prices on 16 Meg essentially flat for over two weeks (except application specific devices) open market buyers can place minimum orders daily without fear of any significant consequence (i.e. price volatility).
