Joe,
Several things I'd like to see answered. I appreciate the fact that you've been honest with the DCI shareholders thus far and the fact that you and Mike Zwebner go out-of-the-way to keep us informed.

1) The 3Q earnings release states "Cyberfax and DCI UK are both in a start-up mode and, with no revenues yet, have had a negative impact on operating earnings during the last quarter and year to date". However the DCI newsletter I received dated December 9 states "In Denmark, we began with 13,900 billed minutes in October which increased to 30,000 minutes in November and we expect to reach 300,000 minutes by May 1998." So I was expecting to see revenues attributable to DCI UK in the 3Q earnings. What gives?

2) On the same note as above, I thought DCI UK was already selling phone cards through vending machines in Europe. Previous posts and the newsletter do not exactly say this is the case, but the newsletter says DCI UK has entered into several lucrative telephone card vending machine contracts with WorldXChange and P&O shipping lines. I assume we would start seeing revenues from these in 4Q. Or is there a long time lag to actually getting the vending machines filled with phone cards and on the streets? And are the new Datawave vending machines only going to be used in Canada?

3) Any hint or clue how long Cyberfax will be in market trial testing with the Asia clients. November 19 was the announcement that 10 installations in China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Singapore were completed. Will there be an announcement that Cyberfax "passed" the testing? It has been 3 months since installation so one would think that would be enough time to see if the faxing worked and to start charging some billable minutes, which I would expect to see on the 4Q statement.

4) Whatever happened to Bettancourt and the Privilege Card Division. This used to be the focus of attention on the thread. However I've never seen an ad for any Privilege Card or any indication that they are selling cards based on on-line searches and the travel literature (my wife is a travel agent). Per DCI's release dated July 21, the Privilege Card for Travelers with Disabilities was supposed to produce monthly revenue in excess of 900K. We don't know exactly which divisions (Cardcall, Muller, and PEL) contributed what to the 3Q revenues of 1.9M, BUT knowing that Cardcall Canada does approx. 6M/year (per post #3065, Nov. 12) or 1.5M/quarter AND Muller Media did 800K/year (per annual report) or 200k/quarter, AND assuming zero sales increases for either (which I doubt), that means 200K at most can be attributed to PEL for the 3 month period. My suspicion is that PEL is not pulling its weight. Right?

Well that's all for now. Back to the salt mines....

Greg
