Now look at all the confusion that occurred out of that.

Did anyone trade on that rumor? Hard to say, but I will say this - no matter what some will try to lead you to believe every trade, no matter how small, can make a difference in a stock's price. In actuality the 100 & 1K trades through the MMs can affect the price as easily or more than the larger trades passing through services such as Instinet.
