Well Arnie, your right about seeing the court documents at the courthouse. But you didn't tell me how long it would take to go through all the volumes. :-) TMm had over 12 volumes in their file. I did come across an interesting document that I copied. It seems that on March 6,1995 a document was filed by council for Anthony Papalia. He claims, "That Anthony Papalia, who has been denied by management of TMm, Inc. necessary information relating to the Company, proposed acquisitions of the Company, the payroll of the Company, and, generally, information necessary to act properly as a member of the Board of Directors". He also got the court to have, existing management, make audio recordings of the Board of Director's meetings. (Gee I wonder if present management is still doing that?) Subsequent documents accused management of trying to destroy those tapes. I could not figure out what subsequently happened. BUT the most interesting demand, by Mr. Papalia, was that the Company to be ordered to hold a shareholders meeting, not more that 30 days from the date of this court order (March 6, 1995) in conformity with the Company's obligations to do so under law. I still do not understand why he does not have that meeting since he is NOW in charge. There are other things but it would be for entertainment purposes only and I don't want to bore you. :-)
Later in the afternoon I spent at the No. LA County Superior court copying the Randy Jackson papers. These papers were filed Dec 31,1997 (a little deja vu with respect to the original BK paper filing). I haven't had time to completely absorb it but from what I could see it had some legitimate points. BUT the Status Conference date is for Aug 25,1998. By then anything could have happened! There was no response filed by the Jackson attorney but it is probably too soon for that. From what I could tell TMm has 60 days to serve Mr. Jackson or his attorney. I will check back in a month to see if anything has progressed.
