Joe,
The hurdle we will have to jump is the $4 million in assets requirement for Nasdaq
As we disclosed in our registration statement and 10Q we are actively exploring acquisitions
in the supply side of the industry.

The growth of the company has been exceeding our expectations as in the last year we have
already grown our assets from $800,000 to $1.25 million while continuing our sterling profit
margins.

Revenues have grown quarter over quarter the way we wanted them to as has net income per share.

We have an ample supply of cash plus the profit margins to make us an attractive merger candidate
and we are targeting private companies for fulfilling our quest.

The announcement with Manhattan Gaming is also part of our objective. Opening up a retail
gaming store is not that big of a deal but the marketing strategy we plan to implement when we
find the right location is what we are really after. If the strategy is successfully implemented the
way we think it can be, then we will search out additional locations in many gaming areas.

So, basically I am pleased with the growth and progress of the company over the last year. Our goal is
to be on Nasdaq by the end of 1997, so as you can tell, this next year is going to be a busy one.

Any other questions, just fire away.
