In your opinion do CEFs make sense only in retirement/decumulation, or would you say someone who is still accumulating but just starting to begin to positioning for income might hold them as well? It just seemed (and I could absolutely be way off) like CEFs really seem to be focused on income - between leverage, RoC etc with not a lot of regard to overall quality or performance. My perception could be WAY off.
