LEG -how do the ceo purchases compare to his salary as ceo? I also wonder whether the package that he got included company financing of the stock purchase. I remember once owning a mining company that was on the brink of collapsing and being comforted by large multimillion dollar purchase of shares by the ceo.
After the company did collapse and filed for bankruptcy it turned out that not only had the company financed the ceo purchase but had a contractual agreement to purchase them back for the price the ceo paid for them. facts not included in the public release of the ceo making the large stock purchase.

the furniture and bedding business is a difficult one. I remember that a good friends father back in the day who had been educated as an atty took over the business for his father but ended up liquidating it .
