I don't think that LU will partner with CSCO. They are pretty much in bed with BAY and I think that when they are lose of the restriction late this year, they will buy BAY. IMO... CSCO however is going into parntership with Alcatel. BTW I do own them and Siemens. Expect them to do well for the next few years due to Europe's impending telephony demonopolization.
