Agree - a 4th being so much shorter than 2 is not ideal. But, I think it’s passable. Time relationships are not part of the classic rules of the EWP - and it really isn’t a very major wave - it’s only the 4th of Wave 3. Also, it’s not the only the only possibility going forward from here. Have to be ready to forget about it - if things change. But for now, it’s on the table, imo.
