A bit of Russian advantage at the moment.
That is disappearing now that U.S. aid to Ukraine has resumed.

RuZZia can't even shift into permanent defense mode given how Ukraine continually attacks RuZZian refineries and other infrastructure.

The only thing RuZZia can hope for now is the Convict winning in November and cutting off U.S. aid to Ukraine once again.
