The official Apple calculator is finally coming to the iPad!

The iPad calculator was banned by Steve Jobs from the beginning because he said it looked clunky and too big on the large iPad display. The calculator looked good on the iPhone and iPod Touch so it was allowed there. iPad users were forced to make do with dorky non-Apple calculator apps.

The ban of the iPad calculator was a sacred cow, a Steve Jobs decree that nobody dared challenge for about 15 years, it’s good they finally changed their mind.

Crossing my fingers and hoping they let me install it on my iPad 7 and 9.
