Fine, I'll keep things simple for your smooth brain.

Trump was convicted by a jury of his peers in a court of law beyond any reasonable doubt.

That conviction will remain until one of two things happen:

1) It gets overturned on appeal.

2) The governor of New York grants Trump a pardon.

Until then, Trump is a CONVICT.

And it doesn't matter whether YOU think those charges are "ridiculous", or "politically motivated", or qualifies as "election interference."

The facts are the facts, and they are undisputed.
