No, They (RoadRunner) installed a COMS ethernet card. Installation was $80 which included the card, and the service is $45/ mo, but I don't need a dedicated phoneline anymore, and I changed my AOL to content only (which I may cancel soon anyway, got lots of friends in chats there though). I LOVE this thing. It makes the internet a gas! Its the difference between driving down a busy street with lights and stop signs vs being on an adjoining freeway!!
