>>I guess that's why the insiders are baling out too. As for telecommuters-all files on webservers-I don't want to lug discs around when I'm traveling. Much easier to just log on. I think disappointing earnings are coming. I'm with you-I'll buy when the stock is back to single digits-meantime-I'm going to short big. Good luck.<<

Frankly, Bull, you're so off base it's hard to find a place to start responding.

First, insiders are not "bailing out." Look at the number of shares that the top management hold, and the pattern of selling. Dribs and drabs, mostly to exercise options.

Second, companies are not placing user's files on web servers. There are too many security issues with that. User files are considered private data, and are kept on servers behind the Internet firewalls.

Telecommuters dial in to secure communications servers which are also behind the firewalls, and access data from the same file servers they use when they are in the office. However, they do not download every file they work on every time they work on it, and then upload it when they're done. When you're talking about multi-megabyte files that simply isn't an effective use of time.

Meanwhile, I can only say good luck to you in your investing. You were talking about picking up some shares in September in the single digits. How did that work out for you?

And speaking of that, why would you buy IOMG at all if you believe their products are soon to be obsolete?
