Looks like the vaccine did the trick in your area.

That is good news. Not the case where I live. Many are struggling with extended bouts of Covid and also now have additional health problems. Some are no longer with us.

I don't mention any of my thoughts on the matter. I did advise against the vaccine back in 2021 / 2022 but my views were disregarded. In fact several people regarded me as an infection risk. That perception no longer exists now.

I am happy with Vitamin D and healthy diet. Use the FCCC site in Canada if needed. My principle defence against flu type virus is Quercetin and Zinc. It has worked well so far. Amazingly free of colds and covids.
