Rarebird,
Listen good Christian citizens of the USA, it can happen to the USA too
I saw this, but with all due respect, I don't think what happened in Lebanon will happen here, too.

First of all, demographics takes a while to change the face of a nation's population. There is no way that Muslims will become the majority in this nation even if you give them two generations (approx. 60 years) of open border policies and high birthrates.

It happened in Lebanon because, well duh, it's in the Middle East.

Second, the (classically) liberal democratic institutions here in America are too well-entrenched for a bunch of Muslim fundamentalists to uproot. The backlash will happen long before this even enters the realm of possibility.

Third, most American immigrants are not very tolerant of Islamic fundamentalism. I work with a bunch of Indians, most of whom are Hindi or Shik. Chinese, Japanese, and Korean immigrants are also not very Muslim, either. Even Indonesians, who come from one of the most populous Muslim nations in the world, don't really practice Sharia, or at least they don't go out there trying to push Sharia law upon Americans.

And I haven't even mentioned the biggest and most obvious group of immigrants, namely Latinos. Most of them are Catholic and aren't exactly open to Sharia law. (Some may practice variations of cultism that is based off of Catholicism, such as shamanism, voodoo, etc., but they're few and far in between.)

So no, if it's a Muslim takeover of America that you fear, then I'm here to tell you that your fears are unfounded.

Even the college students out there wearing keffiyehs, cosplaying as terrorists, and shouting "Long Live the Intifada!" will quickly learn what FAFO means.
