The shorts are trapped it bounced back to fast.

Their angle happens every day with every insurance company. If their was any real problem the states DOI would have taken action by now.

The attacks are really kind of funny.

Globe Life (NYSE: GL — $7.71 billion) sells life insurance, burial insurance, and supplemental health insurance to millions of low-income and middle-class families. The company boasts it is “the largest volume issuer of life insurance policies in the U.S.” and sells insurance to consumers directly through its website and through over 10,000 independent agents at its various subsidiaries.

The Bear Cave also filed a public records request with the Texas Department of Insurance and paid $25.20 for an Excel sheet containing approximately 90 consumer complaints against Globe Life since January 2022.

Gee, a whole 90. in 30 months. and it says approximately, can't they count? LOL.

June 7, 2024 – Former agents have informed Viceroy of several agents who continue to work for American Income Life subsequent to for-cause termination, writing fraudulent policies, or fraudulently recruiting agents.

This includes agents who stand accused of multiple sexual assaults from multiple sources, an agent who pretended to be a licensed physician to clients and agents who wrote multiple fraudulent policies.

It’s clear that Globe Life and AIL have no interest in vetting their existing agents, let alone ensuring that those who are submitting fraudulent policies and sexually assaulting other agents are no longer involved with the company. Not only is this a complete failure of governance, its further proof of the at-all-cost sales structure at AIL.

A insurance company is not responsible for disciplining its agents. They can if the want too but that is normally the area of the state DOI. A agent must have a errors and omissions policy that covers GL if their agents do any bad policies. It's a state requirement.
