to build, to construct = construir
I build = construyo
we build = construimos - (see the Us?)

builder = constructor

built = construido

building (gerund) = construyendo [building (noun) = edificio]

Give him a reasonable chance, por favor - he is being checked out as to his identity, and it seems like a venezolano perspective could be a useful thing around here.
