AI is just the latest buzzword technology that drives excitement in stocks.

Apple clearly does expect it to drive sales of iPhones moving forward, and at least one analyst has said he believes it will.

You didn't mention whether you actually watched the WWDC keynote presentation or if you're just reading news clips about it.

I'm guessing the latter based on your posts here the last couple of days.
