15" is the yearly precip for a lot of areas here. 3-4" is a huge dump. Can't fathom a storm like that! We are back to normal moisture-wise. Normal is a bit of a state of mind on the prairies, things are always extreme. The drought teeth gnashing is fading, onto the next crisis. Yes, hockey tomorrow night. Hopefully the air controllers at YEG will divert the Panthers flight to YYC for a couple of hours....just to get into the spirit of things.
