Greg;
1. Lift the information ban, comes clean with investors & potential investors with honest information on the state of conditions.

What motive would he have to keep information quiet? He should admit problems and level with shareholders, I agree. The fact that he does not means he knows other facts and does not want to lie, and so says nothing. The other facst could include the fact that they have solved fab problems and are shipping more than we think, and we will find the truth at quarters end.

4. Drop the -25% Pricing Policy insanity.

Yes this must go. With better performance he can face Intel as an equal as long as he has product. The product has become fully commoditised, and I get very few people who ask for the Intel brand any more. In fact the glittering colored goons are getting to look a bit silly. He might like to keep a hair of a price discount. But whi buys Esso gas over other nowadays. The speed limit in the chip also hurts Intel as you cannot super cool and Intel chip and overclock it like you can an AMD chip. If you overclock and cool an AMD chip you can jump one or more speeds, and who cares if you fry the chip in a year, by then you want to buy another faster one anyway.

5. Return to Profitability.

The holy grail.
