Every vibe I get from GL management tells me that they are shifty, cheap, incompetent company.

At first they denied SEC investigation. The next day they understated but confirmed it.

Yesterday they filed an SEC report *before midnight *that in response to state insurance inquiry, they investigated access to the information and discovered a breach, so they shutdown that portal. In other words, they don't know (or don't say) how long they've been hacked and how big the breach is. The filing is very light on details.

This is probably why the stick fell yesterday and has been drifting down. How come they didn't come clean to state it openly as they should have?

Now that they are in the news and under investigation, all sorts of things will pop up. But unless they end up having to reinstate their earnings, the low should be in.

As to the other stuff
