Per CEO, will have a product out with new tech. later this year. Net effect for year could be -0- in spite of start up costs. Institutional buying started early - on day of announcement there were two block trades: one for 300,000 shares (at 25 or over = $7.5 million +), and one for about 283,000 shares.

If the stock fits your portfolio, I wouldn't wait too long.
