As many of you know, I was banned by Twitter 1.0 for the crime of posting “election misinformation”

I said Joe Biden stole the election and for this was banned

Well it turns out the CA Sec. of State sent an email to Twitter telling them to censor me, and I have a copy of the evidence

Since the gov’t was involved, it became a 1st amendment issue, not Section 230

I sued in Federal Court in 2021 with @pnjaban
and @RonColeman
, was dismissed, appealed to the 9th Circuit, and was similarly denied justice

- the United States Supreme Court has been holding my case (O’Handley v. Weber) for almost a year and will be issuing a ruling sometime in the next 2-3 weeks

I have a feeling we’re going to get some *historic* news about our free speech rights on social media
