Good to know, if a prosecuting attorney says it is ok for a government agent to kill an innocent citizen in the middle of the night we are all better off.

However, in the alternative someone could have phoned Mr. Malinowski and said we have concerns about the amount of weapons you are trading in and may have to fine you $50 for not having the applicable licence, and could you please come to our office unarmed for a quick chat.
